Jeff,

Thanks so much for sharing this. I have been experiencing some of these things within myself and wondered if there was something wrong with me. The simple happiness I've been feeling is the one thing that's kept me from being too worried; just kind of curious about what's going on with me. I will use in my daily practice. Peace! Nola

I am one of those people who grew up thinking I had to change everyone around me after all that was how I was "accepted"
Taking the time to consistently look within has actually given me much more joy, confidence and acceptance of myself. I have noticed positive changes in my family as well, without needing it to happen as much anymore.

Cindy, thanks for this thoughful note. I love the insight behind your question and regret that I did not respond sooner. A software problem somewhere: I was never made aware of your post which is supposed to happen automatically.
The long gap in my posts? I needed to focus on creating my new (this month) www.kiyamani.com website and the first downloadable course, "The wise way of navigating today's world." Creating these required the new perspective you mention. Having completed these, I do feel renewed as well.
Your post came with a link to your design work. These are wonderful images.
With best wishes.

Good morning! Thank you for your blog and website. I just found you by searching "Marietta GA energy work". You look lighthearted and wise, your website is a great balance of professional and approachable, and your words are welcome to me -- drawing lines between personal growth and the spirit/body connection. I especially like how you suggest feeling the inner body by first paying attention to the feeling of what it is resting against. Helpful. (It took me a year of doing bench presses before I figured out where my pec muscles were!) In any case, I notice that your blogs are quite regular, except there is a year gap here. Do you come to your writings this August with a renewed perspective?

Hi Alexander,
Thanks for your comment. You are not missing something. From a purely factual perspective, you describe what's true. When I write about these things, however, I include three other points of view as well: what is (was) my actual experience; what is the wording the average reader can best relate to; what is the wording found within my Heart Presence. The word "awakening" reflects al three; it has the power to touch into the reader, beyond the intellect; as a teacher, this touch is my goal. This being said, I am always seeking to improve how I communicate and your note has me wondering.
