Being Grounded
In times of uncertainty it’s important that we spend time every day on what’s truly reliable. Here is something that invariably helps you stay on track, be steady, and live a fulfilling life—no matter what’s going on around you:
Take some time with each of the following steps, noticing the subtle changes as you go: rest into your body; rest into your pelvis; rest down through your sit bones; feel your bottom; with your bottom, feel what you are sitting on. When you feel what your body is resting against, and surrender to the feeling of this contact, you are grounded. The inner noise quiets down and you feel steadier. Every time, always.
